Sankhya Kārika
Karika 62
तस्मान्न बध्यतेऽद्धा न मुच्यते नापि संसरति पुरुषः। संसरति बध्यते मुच्यते च नानाश्रया प्रकृतिः ॥६२॥
Thereafter, certainly the Purusha is neither bound, nor released, nor transmigrated. That Prakruti transmigrates, is bound, is released, and is the supporter of many.
A unique view of Sankya is presented here. Transmigration of the Purusha ends with liberation. Whereas the Prakriti continues to transmigrate from one purusha to another providing a physical body. The Prakriti supports several purushas at once with the sole purpose of liberating the various purushas.
